Bring on the sub zero temperatures…we’ve got these super-soft, chocolaty and marshmallow-infused Hot Chocolate Cookies to warm us up.

Ever bite into a cookie and have a near religious experience? Well, we did, thanks to Chef Lisa and these incomparable Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies. Not only do you whip up these incredible chewy chocolate chip cookies, but you also get to make your own salted caramel sauce (don’t be scared…it’s easy!), which combine for the perfect sweet and salty bite. Divine, we promise.

What could be better than a delicious chocolate chip cookie? One stuffed with a moist and fudgy brownie, that’s what. These impressive Brownie-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are surprisingly easy to make and serve as further proof that it’s what’s inside that counts!

“Bite Me” began with this recipe after I bought a cranberry and white chocolate cookie from a local bakery three years ago. I ate it, bought a dozen more, drove directly to Lisa’s house and thrust the package at her. “Make these,” I insisted. She sniffed them, did her little rabbit nibbles, closed her eyes, inhaled and said, “No prob.” She made them. And then she created an irresistible cookie that far surpassed any Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookie we have ever eaten.

Calling all Pollock, Rothko and Mondrian wannabes: here’s your chance to unleash your subconscious. Lisa, your artistic enabler, supplies the ideal canvas – a sweet, soft-centered, Sugar Cookie. You can cut, shape, drizzle, dip, ice and sprinkle to your heart’s content or just be very “less is more” about it and let the buttery cookie shine au naturel.

In honor of National Gingerbread Day, we can’t resist our Soft and Chewy Ginger cookies!

I have 3 wishes. First is that I get to be ginger when we play Gilligan’s Island (Lisa’s so Mary Ann and our brother is Thurston Howell, III). Second is the invention of a cookie that fights off colds. Third is that Lisa recreate Starbucks’ moist, chewy ginger cookies I drop a fortune on daily. So lucky, all my wishes have been granted. These classic Ginger Cookies are pure gingery greatness – soft and chewy, like gingersnaps without the snap.

Cinnamon Coffee Scones

In many ways, these Cinnamon Coffee Scones are the perfect baked good. Not only are they delicious (each bite is a perfect one of the cinnamon, coffee and brown sugar filling mingled with the moist and buttery scone), but they are also extremely easy to make. While the thought of baking scones conjured up British perfectionism, these are in fact the most forgiving pastry, ideal for both beginner bakers and a steaming cup of tea.

Banoffee Pie with Crunchy Chocolate Topping

For those of you who aren’t from the UK, yes, this perfect dessert recipe is “Banoffee Pie,” a slurring of the words banana and toffee. As classically British as 007 and a stiff upper lip, banoffee is a sticky, seductive pie of creamy toffee and slices of sweet banana. Lisa, a longtime Spice Girls fan, wanted to do a little oomph to this already decadent dessert, so she crowned it with a crunchy top layer of graham crackers coated in milk chocolate and toffee bits.
